Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel your appointment before it begins.
**If you have been exposed to or are showing any symptoms of a contagious virus, please reschedule your appointment once you are no longer infectious.**
- **Cancellations:** Clients who do not cancel at least 24 hours before their scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the total service price.
- **No-Shows:** Clients who fail to show up for a scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the total service price.
We understand that life happens, but please be considerate of both me and other guests. If you are more than 10 minutes late, modifications may be made to your service to fit the remaining time.
If you are late without communication, your appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged as a no-show. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
